Meet the Founder

Jessica Beard was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and graduated from the Community College of Southern Nevada High School in 2005. In 2006 she enrolled in the College of Southern Nevada as a Child Psychology Major. In 2019 she decided to pursue a degree in Social Work and is currently enrolled in the College of Southern Nevada for the 2nd time with plans to transfer to UNLV to obtain her BSW.

Jessica’s love for Autism and those affected by it began in 2010 after attending a community training on Autism at The Lovaas Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. For 5.5 years she worked as an Autism Intervention Specialist. In this position, she aimed to enrich lives of families who have children diagnosed with Autism by teaching parents behavior strategies to help their child in their home, school, and community settings. In addition to working as an Interventionist, she occasionally works directly in family's homes as a Registered Behavior Technician under the direct supervision of a BCBA and previously held the position as the Autism Program Coordinator for a Behavioral Health Company here in Las Vegas, NV. Jessica serves as an active volunteer in the Las Vegas Community with local organizations such as From The Hearts of Sisters, The Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Common Tree and Las Vegas Community Council. She has organized Back to School Drives, feedings for the impoverished in the West Las Vegas Community, teams to participate in bringing awareness to causes such as Autism, Breast Cancer and HIV/Aids and assisted organizations by providing them professional knowledge about expanding their organizations to accommodate children with Autism and other disabilities.

In January 2015, she became the Founder of a Non-Profit Organization called Until The Pieces Fit with the hopes of being able to provide families affected by Autism resources to receive therapy for an affordable cost, vouchers for respite care and host parent support groups and community outings just to name a few. She plans to officially launch the full service of the organization’s offerings in the Fall of 2025.
