JOIN OUR TEAM

These are volunteer positions. Our meetings for our Executive Team meet are once a month and Board Members meet quarterly. We are looking for individuals that have time to dedicate a portion of their lives to Until The Pieces Fit efforts. You do not have to be familiar with Autism or Disadvantaged Youth to be apart of our team. We are happy and eager to train you so you may flourish in your position.

Board Member

Board members are responsible for looking after the governance, strategy, and fiduciary duties of your non-profit. These individuals have experience in something that is related to the nonprofit’s mission. Board Members only serve on the board for a specified amount of time “term”. They don’t do any day-to-day work for the nonprofit. Instead, they help guide its running and make sure it is headed for success. Nonprofit board members are volunteers who are compensated with a salary. Board Members must attend quarterly meetings.


Outreach Specialist

A community outreach coordinator is responsible for connecting the public to the organization. A community outreach coordinator might do this by organizing events, recruiting volunteers, and organizing other such projects.

The purpose or goal of community outreach coordinators is to get the community enthusiastic and invested in the organization. He or she is ultimately in charge of promoting the mission and purpose of the nonprofit among the local community. The Community Outreach Coordinator must attend our monthly meetings.


Grant Manager/Writer

Our grant mananger is responsible for finishing applications for funding. This would include the usual applications to foundations, a trust or the government. The grant writer often works alongside with the development director. They both ensure the nonprofit meets yearly financial goals. The grant manager must attend our monthly meetings.
